My order says "In Progress?"


In progress means the order is being processed.




Will I be contacted by the delivery company?


UPS and Fedex ground will not notify you prior to delivery. Doorstep service is usually available

Common carrier freight trucks will call ahead of time to schedule a delivery appointment.
This service will be "Curbside delivery"





What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?


In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible.
 


What is the cancellation policy?


If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there
is no charge for cancellation.
In rare instances, the supplier will charge a 15% to 20% restocking fee if the order has been pulled, packaged and shrink wrapped prior to shipping






What is the return policy?

 
If you receive your order and find that the item is too big to fit in your room or you just do not like it, No problem. You can return it  by doing the following steps:

A) Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item with intent to return order
B) Request RMA " Request Authorization Request". We will provide you with the RMA and shipping address
C) Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging including all packaging materials, otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
D) All our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound and inbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund.
E) Few of our manufacturers do not accept returns, if you have any questions or doubt, please consult with us prior to placing your order
F) All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. Upon receipt of the inspected returned product, we will credit you for the total purchase price, less the shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
